2. Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver across Pakistan, including Karachi and other major cities.
3. How long does delivery take?
Our estimated delivery time is:
- Karachi: 2–3 business days
- Other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery charges are:
- Karachi: Rs. 200
- Outside Karachi: Rs. 500
- Orders above Rs. 3,999: Free Delivery
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you can use the Shopify order tracking system to check your order status.

7. Can I change my order after placing it?

8. What if I receive a damaged perfume?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the damaged product and packaging so our team can review the issue.
Approved damaged-product claims may qualify for a replacement.
9. What if I receive the wrong perfume?
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs of the received product.
After verification, an eligible incorrect-product claim may qualify for a replacement.
10. Can I return a perfume?
Unopened perfumes may be eligible for return if they remain unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Opened or used perfumes are generally not eligible for return unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
11. Can I return an opened perfume?
No. For hygiene and product-quality reasons, opened or used perfumes are generally not eligible for return.
12. How do I request a return or replacement?

- Name and phone number
- Reason for your request
- Clear product photographs
- Video evidence where appropriate
Please do not send anything back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Our products are not represented as the original branded perfumes they may be inspired by.
