5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.
Customers choosing COD are responsible for being available to receive and pay for their order when it is delivered.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Our estimated delivery times are:
- Karachi: 2–3 business days
- Other Pakistan cities: 3–5 business days
Delivery charges:
- Karachi: Rs. 200
- Outside Karachi: Rs. 500
- Orders above Rs. 3,999: Free Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weekends, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Generally:
- Damaged products may qualify for replacement.
- Incorrect products may qualify for replacement.
- Unopened perfumes may be eligible for return.
- Opened or used perfumes are generally not eligible for return unless they were received damaged or incorrect.
Customers should contact us before sending any product back.
